What is the cheapest parking at Lumen Field?
The cheapest reliable option is usually to book ahead through a marketplace like SpotHero for a garage a few blocks out, rather than walking up on game day. The Metro Parking Garage and Union Station Parking Garage tend to be the best-value walk-up choices near the stadium. Since the two on-site lots aren't for sale to single-game fans on NFL Sundays, chasing an on-site "game day rate" for a Seahawks game generally isn't an option at all — that on-site pricing only applies to non-NFL events with day-of sales.
Ways to Pay Less for Lumen Field Parking
Because the closest lots are frequently unavailable or already reserved, booking your spot online in advance is the single best way to guarantee a space and avoid paying resale prices, which have averaged in the $70s for Seahawks games.
If you're willing to walk a few extra blocks, a garage in Pioneer Square or the International District is usually the most cost-effective choice, and it also tends to make for a faster exit than the lots immediately next to the stadium.
Fans heading to Lumen Field can also look into off-site lots and garages near Pioneer Square and SoDo, such as those listed in the Pay To Park App, which are frequently cheaper than resale passes and can help you skip the slow exit around the stadium after the event.
Finally, it may be best to skip parking altogether. Link Light Rail serves both Stadium Station and International District/Chinatown Station, each a short walk from Lumen Field, and it's consistently one of the fastest ways out after the event. Weigh the parking price against light rail or a round-trip rideshare, especially if you're traveling solo or in a small group. The official rideshare drop-off and pickup points are King St & Occidental Ave on the north side of the stadium, and Royal Brougham Way & Occidental Ave on the south side.
Not sure if you should drive, ride Link light rail, or request a ride? Use our Lumen Field Parking vs. Rideshare Cost Calculator below to compare your expected parking fee against a round-trip Uber or Lyft and light rail fares for your group. Keep in mind that rideshare prices can surge right after the event lets out, so walking a block or two before requesting a ride — and the estimate you enter for your ride home — both matter.
